Fabian Graßau specialises in corporate law, advising national and international clients on complex M&A transactions on both the buy side and the sell side. His further areas of focus include the structuring and implementation of joint venture and shareholding arrangements.
He has a particular focus in the areas of renewable energy and infrastructure, where he advises clients on the corporate law aspects of project structuring.
