Fabienne Taller specialises in German and European competition law. One focus of her work is in the area of merger control. She advises companies on the notification of proposed concentrations to the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office and coordinates multinational merger control proceedings together with lawyers from the jurisdictions involved. Another focus of her work is competition law related to distribution.
