Fabienne Wendik advises national and international clients on property transactions and on matters relating to property law. A particular focus of her work is on cross-border transactions in the commercial, industrial and logistics property sectors. In addition she specialises in commercial tenancy law and legal asset management.
Before joining CMS she worked as a senior legal adviser at a management consultancy and as a solicitor in the real estate practice of an international commercial law firm. She has been with CMS since 2025.
