Fanny Alf advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law with a focus on works council matters. This includes representing employers in works council agreement negotiations and advising them on other co-determination issues.

Fanny Alf joined CMS in 2024, after having spent part of her trainee lawyer period with the firm in 2021.
