CMS advises Daizy AI on purchase of the business of FinTech Next Matter GmbH

Düsseldorf – Next Matter GmbH, with its registered office in Berlin, has sold key assets of its business operation to Daizy AI, a fintech provider specialising in AI-supported content automation for institutional asset management. Daizy AI's product range includes solutions for regulatory reporting, portfolio narratives and client engagement tools that dovetail with existing custodian and portfolio management systems.

A CMS team led by Christopher von Lilien-Waldau and Nina Kristin Becker provided Daizy AI with comprehensive legal advice for the first time.

Daizy AI is primarily aimed at asset and wealth managers as well as institutional investors with complex documentation and reporting obligations. Next Matter GmbH offers an enterprise platform for process orchestration and service automation that enables departments to reliably manage complex customer and employee services without IT dependency.
