Felicia Lurz advises entrepreneurs, families and high net worth individuals on national and international estate and corporate succession. She plans and structures both lifetime asset transfers and testamentary dispositions for her clients. Based on her extensive expertise at the interfaces of inheritance and corporate law, she also advises on establishing and structuring family-owned businesses.
In succession and estate disputes, Felicia advises in particular heirs on matters of disputed inheritance, executors in the settlement of estates and beneficiaries of compulsory portions in the enforcement of their claims. Her practice covers out-of-court legal and strategic advice for clients as well as the enforcement of claims in court.
Felicia began her legal career in 2023 at a boutique law firm in Stuttgart and joined CMS in 2024.
