Florian Scholz advises German and international companies as well as groups on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. He has extensive experience in employment litigation and has successfully advised on numerous major projects and transactions.
Florian focusses on advising employers in complex individual disputes and compliance investigations (Complexity Management & Litigation). He is also experienced in restructuring and staff reduction measures, including strategic planning, negotiating with employee representatives and implementing measures under individual law.
Florian’s practice furthermore covers employment law compliance and liability-related matters, such as works council compensation, occupational health and safety and working time regulations.
Florian joined CMS in 2018 and became counsel in 2024.
