Florian Stenzel advises clients on all matters related to individual and collective employment law. He assists SMEs as well as international groups with reorganisations and restructurings, personnel adjustment measures and transfers of businesses. His main areas of expertise include negotiating balances of interests, social plans and voluntary programmes. In addition, he represents employers in disputes concerning dismissal law and in termination negotiations.
