Franziska Prütz is a member of the Legal Tech team within the CMS Smart Solutions unit. She has extensive expertise in developing innovative technical solutions for legal advice, with a focus on no-code and low-code applications as well as machine-learning and AI systems.
Franziska configures and manages flexible legal tech collaboration platforms, e.g., for the efficient processing of various mass proceedings, the management of large asset portfolios and the preparation of general meetings. She had a central role in developing a compliance management system that enables cross-departmental risk assessment within a company and also works on our whistleblowing and e-signing solutions.
Franziska joined CMS in 2021. During her studies, she was involved in a research project on possible uses of blockchain technology in the supply chain for an international beverage manufacturer.
