Franziska Reiß is a counsel at CMS and advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, in particular on the preparation and implementation of transfers of undertakings and restructurings, on the drafting of employment contracts and service agreements as well as on the adjustment of working conditions.

Before joining CMS in 2012, Franziska Reiß practiced both as a lawyer (international law firm in Munich) and a judge (Duesseldorf Labor Court).
