Franziska Wenzler specialises in product liability, product safety and product compliance. She assists clients both in and out of court in enforcing and defending product liability claims, advises on product safety and recall obligations and also represents clients in this context before the regulatory authorities. Her compliance practice focuses on compliance with German and European requirements for placing products on the market.
Franziska joined CMS in 2020 and has been counsel at the firm since 2025.
