CMS advises Edenred on the acquisition of the Solutions business unit from The Mobility House

Munich – Edenred E-Mobility GmbH, a subsidiary of Edenred SE, has signed an agreement in view of acquiring the Solutions business unit of The Mobility House GmbH. Through the transaction, Edenred will strengthen its position in fleet electrification as well as intelligent charging and energy management solutions for corporate customers. The closing of the deal is expected in Q3/2026.

A CMS team jointly led by Dr Astrid Roesener and Maria Kucher advised Edenred on all legal aspects of the transaction. The advice covered the implementation of the transaction, in particular with regard to corporate, commercial, competition, employment, IP/IT and real estate matters.
