Gabriele Stark-Lütke Schwienhorst is an attorney-at-law specialising in media law, with a particular focus on gambling law, competition law, press law, sports law, and media and commercial criminal law. She advises, in particular, on matters at the intersection of media law and media and commercial criminal law. 

She also advises selected start-ups through the CMS equIP programme.

Gabriele Stark-Lütke Schwienhorst joined CMS in 2020. She is the author of numerous publications, particularly on media law and issues relating to media and commercial criminal law, and gives regular lectures. In addition, she is a lecturer and holds a postdoctoral qualification at Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel. Her postdoctoral thesis focuses on a topic at the intersection of art and criminal law. She is an examiner for the First State Examination in Law.
