Heike Wagner advises national and international strategic investors and private equity funds on all aspects of corporate law. She specialises in international and domestic M&A and corporate restructurings. She is experienced in a broad range of national and cross-border transactions, both sell- and buy-side as well as the assistance of clients in their ongoing activities in Europe. Heike has a particular expertise in the technology, consumer goods and life sciences sector.
Heike has been a partner of the Corporate/M&A team at CMS since 1998 and was appointed as chair of the CMS council in 2020. Heike spent one year with an investment bank and a law firm in New York.
