Jan Rummel advises and represents medium-sized and international companies in all individual and collective employment law matters in and out of court. His practice also covers works constitution law issues. Apart from that, Jan advises on all employment and labor law related issues in the context of restructuring and transformation processes, M&A transactions (Post Merger Integration) and transfers of undertakings (TUPEs). He is a member of the competence clusters Transformation and HR Compliance.

Jan joined CMS in January 2022. Prior to that, he gained practical experience at another major international law firm. Jan completed his doctorate in employment and antitrust law.
