Jana Nitzinger advises and represents German companies and international companies in complex corporate disputes. She specialises in providing strategic advice to clients in the automotive and mobility sector, with extensive expertise in product liability disputes, contract law and defending against claims by consumers.

She also has extensive experience in international claim management and in setting-up and handling complex mass litigation cases in a cost-efficient manner using legal-tech and AI tools.

Jana joined CMS in 2019. She was appointed Counsel in 2025.
