Johannes Ketzer advises his clients on commercial law, including commercial litigation. He regularly represents companies in supply chain related claims and also advises his clients on the drafting of supply agreements and all aspects of their operational business. In addition, Johannes’ practice focusses on product compliance, advising companies on the German and European requirements for placing products on the market. In this context, he also defends his clients in administrative offence proceedings. Johannes has special expertise in the areas of autonomous driving and the use of AI. His clients include industrial companies, telecoms service providers and online marketplaces.

Johannes joined CMS in 2024.
