Jonathan Simon advises medium-sized companies as well as globally operating groups on all aspects of German and international tax law, with a focus on the tax aspects of corporate transactions and reorganisations and special expertise in restructuring and insolvency tax law.
Jonathan joined CMS in 2021 from a major German law firm where he had started his legal career in 2019. He also has a background as research assistant in tax, insolvency and restructuring law.
