Duesseldorf – KOLEKTOR Magnet Technology GmbH, a company specialized in the production of plastic-bonded magnets for the automotive supply and electrical industries, has sold its former headquarters to BS Grundbesitz Unternehmensgruppe. The property is located on an approximately 22,400 square meter site in the industrial and commercial park "Econova" in Essen. Built in 2013, the property is a combination of an administration building and an attached warehouse and production hall.
A CMS team led by Christopher Freiherr von Lilien-Waldau and Dr Nora Zabel provided comprehensive legal advice to KOLEKTOR Magnet Technology on the sale of the former company property. The sale process was completed within a few weeks. CMS has been advising the Slovenian KOLEKTOR Group, to which the German subsidiary KOLEKTOR Magnet Technology belongs, for several years. Among others, the CMS team has already provided legal advice to KOLEKTOR Magnet Technology GmbH on the closure of its production in Essen.
