Jule Marie Holz is a member of the corporate team within the CMS “Smart Operations” unit, specialising in transaction-related advice such as the coordination and implementation of the due diligence process. She also focusses on advising companies and groups on corporate housekeeping and corporate compliance issues.
Her M&A work includes reviewing shareholding structures and relationships under company law, share transfers, capital increases, transformations and company agreements, while her compliance practice covers establishing the identity of beneficial owners, German transparency register reporting and coordinating entries in foreign transparency registers. Corporate housekeeping tasks include preparation of (inter alia) shareholder resolutions and related documents and preparing data and processes for compliance with all reporting and documentation obligations under company and commercial law.
