CMS advises PINOVA on sale of interest in Raynet to Main Capital Partners

Frankfurt am Main – Funds advised by PINOVA and their co-investors have sold their interests in the Raynet Group to Main Capital Partners. As part of the transaction, the founder and CEO Ragip Aydin is reinvesting a substantial amount and Raynet's management is also taking an interest in the buyer.

A CMS team led by Dr Peter Polke provided PINOVA with comprehensive legal and tax-related advice on this transaction. PINOVA is a long-standing client and receives regular advice from CMS, most recently in connection with the the acquisition of an interest in Kist + Escherich and an interest in Ideal-tek in Switzerland.

Raynet, headquartered in Paderborn, develops software solutions for IT visibility, IT asset management and cybersecurity. The company employs more than 170 staff and beyond Germany also has a presence in the US, Poland, Türkiye, the UK and other countries.
