Laura Bungart advises capital management companies, investment advisors and investment brokers as well as other fund initiators on investment law issues, in particular on fund structuring, fund investments and transactions of regulatory relevance. The focus of her advice lies in the structuring of investment funds that are intended to be eligible for regulated investors, such as banks, insurance companies or pension schemes. All asset classes are covered, with a focus on renewable energy funds.

Laura Bungart also assists clients in administrative licensing procedures and in connection with the licensing requirements under the KAGB and the WpIG.

Laura Bungart started her legal career at CMS in 2018 and has been appointed Counsel in 2023.
