Luise Völschow joined CMS in 2018 and specializes in corporate/M&A and energy. She advises national and international investors, banks, utilities and manufacturers in the renewable energy sector from a corporate and energy law perspective.

She has particular expertise in structuring and advising on acquisitions and divestments of energy and infrastructure projects in the field of onshore and offshore wind, photovoltaics, LNG and hydrogen as well as advising on joint venture structures. In addition, she advises on the drafting and negotiation of EPC and service contracts in the energy sector.

She joined CMS in 2018 and has been a counsel since 2023.
