Lukas Böttcher advises national and international clients in all areas of real estate law. A particular focus of his work is on commercial and residential real estate transactions and strategic asset management. He regularly advises both tenants and landlords on negotiating and structuring lease agreements, particularly in the area of commercial real estate.
In addition, Lukas Böttcher has extensive experience in dispute resolution in the area of real estate law. He regularly represents clients in litigation and arbitration and advises them in complex out-of-court negotiations.
Lukas Böttcher joined CMS as Counsel in 2025. Before joining CMS, he worked as a lawyer at an international corporate law firm in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf as of 2018.
