Lukas Burgdorff advises companies in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer goods sectors on IP law, unfair competition law and healthcare advertising law.
He has special anti-piracy expertise, handling counterfeiting cases under both civil and criminal law. Lukas also advises his clients on all aspects of trademark law. Further, he is regularly involved in the drafting of contracts.
Lukas joined CMS in 2023 after two years as in-house lawyer with Continental AG.
