Martin Michael Breuer advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law as well as on service agreements. He focusses, among others, on co-determination issues, including negotiating with works councils on works agreements, assisting in conciliation committee proceedings and representing clients in tribunals. He also focusses on occupational safety matters including pandemic-related specifics.

He joined CMS in 2018 and became Counsel at the law firm in 2023.
