Operating within the CMS Smart Solutions unit, Martin Selcho heads the Legal Tech division’s Contract Automation team, supporting our clients in the development and implementation of complex automation projects. With long-standing experience in the application of various contract automation systems, his responsibilities include the automation of employment contracts, lease agreements as well as purchase and supply contracts. Martin also reviews legal tech solutions for both internal CMS use and external use by clients.

Martin Selcho joined CMS in 2015 and is mainly responsible for automations in the area of Corporate/M&A. Before joining CMS, he worked as a business law consultant at an umbrella organisation for charities

  • 2012 - 2014: Master of Laws (Business Law) with a focus on international business law as well as human resources and law at HTW Berlin – University of Applied Sciences
  • 2008 - 2011: Bachelor of Laws (Business Law) with a focus on German and international business law at HTW Berlin – University of Applied Sciences
  • 2005 - 2008: Professional training as information technology officer (German Informatikkaufmann) at an internationally operating pharmaceuticals company
