Maximilian Koschker advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a focus on the challenges of the modern working world and advancing digitalisation (“Work 4.0”, “New Work”). This covers mobile working and working from home including modern working hours, use of outside personnel, legal issues related to the use of a company’s IT infrastructure as well as employee data protection but also the challenges of a globally mobile workforce. Maximilian often advises international clients from Europe and further afield.

Maximilian joined CMS in 2011 and has been a partner since 2021. He is co-head of the firm’s excellence cluster “New Work”, the main contact for all employment law questions within the “CMS Expat Desk” in Germany and a lecturer for employment law at Steinbeis International School of Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) in Berlin. Maximilian regularly publishes in legal journals and speaks on current employment law topics.
