Often acting for UK and US companies, Maximilian Koschker advises his clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law with a focus on modern working life, including flexible and remote working, IT-related works agreements or social media guidelines. He also has special expertise in all matters related to the use of external staff (temp work, freelancers) and remuneration models, including bonus pay and co-determination in the context of developing salary structures.

Maximilian joined CMS in 2011 and has been a counsel since 2018.
