Stuttgart – An international team led by Dr Georg Lauster and Susanne Waldhans advised C.C.A.G. Crotti S.r.l., based in Bergamo, Italy, on the acquisition of the Gutmann Group's operating business in Germany and Slovakia. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction was concluded subject to the usual closing conditions and has now been closed.
C.C.A.G. Crotti S.r.l. is a leading international manufacturer of brush heads for cleaning and sweeping machines. The operating companies of the Gutmann Group in Germany and Slovakia are specialized in the manufacture and sale of brushes and plastic parts of all kinds and thus complement the activities of Crotti in the international sector.
