Mirko Zorn regularly represents domestic and international clients in real estate transactions and advises them on asset management matters. His practice is also focused on complex development projects, and he navigates clients throughout all stages of their projects from the early draft papers through the final completion of the developments.
Mirko joined CMS in 2019 and was made principal counsel in 2022. Prior to that, he used to work for many years as a real estate lawyer in an international US-based law firm and later in a local law firm.
