Nicola Runge advises German and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, drafting employment contracts, advising on reorganisations and supporting in all disputes relating to the termination of employment relationships. She has special expertise in co-determination.

Nicola joined CMS in 2024. During her studies and legal training, she focussed on employment law, including a placement at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Berlin.
