Nicolai Bischof advises banks, sponsors, investors and insurance companies in German and international finance transactions (including syndicated lending and bonds). Nicolai has particular expertise in project financing and has a strong track record having advised on numerous infrastructure and energy projects, in particular in respect of roads, LNG, on- and offshore wind, photovoltaic projects and other energy related projects. Nicolai’s practice also focuses on the rail sector, including public transportation projects. In addition, Nicolai advises clients on leasing transactions.
Nicolai joined CMS in 2019.
