Energy law expert Niklas Ganssauge advises project developers, plant manufacturers, investors and banks on the planning, construction, acquisition and financing of wind and solar farms as well as biogas plants in Germany and abroad. He has special expertise in drafting and negotiating general contractor, supply, maintenance and service agreements as well as construction contracts. Niklas' practice also covers advising on PPAs for energy projects as well as advising on M&A transactions.

Niklas joined CMS in 2005 and was made partner in 2012. He gained international experience on secondments in Barcelona, New York and with ScottishPower in Glasgow.
