Olga Kobelev advises national and international companies on all aspects of structuring contracts, in particular regarding the negotiation and enforcement distribution and purchase contracts, in particular in the case of cross-border issues. In this connection, she also advises on the creation and enforcement of collateral (for example land charges, agreements on the global assignments as a security, transfers of title by way of security).
Another practical focus is the judicial enforcement of claims and the subsequent legal action in all and any assets of the debtor's, including foreclosure of real estate by way of forced sale and judicial sequestration.
Olga joined CMS in 2014. In 2015 she was seconded to the legal affairs department of a chemical company.
