Paul Plümpe specialises in public commercial law. He advises the public sector as well as national and international companies on matters of general administrative law, administrative procedural law and constitutional law. He also has particular expertise in environmental and energy law as well as public compliance/ESG compliance. He assists both principals and bidders in procurement procedures.
