Since energy regulation was first introduced, they have been advising our clients on all issues relating to network access and network tariff regulation, including the unbundling of networks and storage facilities, and representing clients before the regulatory authorities and in the appeal courts. This includes issues relating to hydrogen network regulation. Other areas of advice are the award of electricity and gas concessions, including the special civil proceedings, and water concessions. Lastly, we have many years of experience in price abuse control by the competition authorities for electricity, gas, water and district heating.
