Philip Michel advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. He has particular expertise in works council and co-determination matters. This includes negotiations with works councils, conciliation proceedings as well as representation before labour courts.
Philip Michel joined CMS in 2022 and became a certified specialist in employment law in 2026. He began specialising in employment law during his legal traineeship and later worked as a research assistant at another commercial law firm. In addition to his legal practice, he has been a lecturer in employment law at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM) since 2025.
