Pit-Johannes Wagner advises companies in crisis. His practice covers restructurings and reorganisations as well as distressed M&A, providing managers with advice on avoiding liability and assisting them in the preparation and implementation of reorganisation plans.

Pit-Johannes also advises on avoidance of transactions in insolvency proceedings, in particular on protection against avoidance risks, and on the reorganisation of companies in the context of insolvency plan and restructuring plan proceedings according to the German Act on the Stabilisation and Restructuring Framework for Businesses (StaRUG).

Pit-Johannes joined CMS in 2022.
