Stuttgart, 23.07.2024 – A German and a French subsidiary of the listed Zehnder Group AG, based in Gränichen, Switzerland, have each sold their entire stake in the German Zehnder Climate Ceiling Solutions GmbH and the French Zehnder Climate Ceiling Solutions SAS to PACE-Beteiligung GmbH (“Purchaser”). The purchaser is a subsidiary of the Hamburg-based investment company Private Assets SE & Co. KGaA. The transaction has been completed recently. The involved parties have agreed not to disclose further details.
An international CMS team headed by Dr Maximilian Grub and Alexandra Rohmert closely accompanied the process and advised Zehnder on all legal aspects of this transaction.
Zehnder's core business focuses on the product business for indoor climate solutions. Zehnder Goup AG is represented by local production and/or sales companies in numerous European countries as well as in North America and China.
Zehnder Climate Ceiling Solutions GmbH and Zehnder Climate Ceiling Solutions SAS specialize in the planning, production, sale, delivery and installation of solutions for heating, cooling and the ventilation of indoor spaces. For this purpose, both companies produce closed cooling ceilings for use in commercial and industrial buildings. The business model covers the entire value chain.
