Ricarda Müller primarily advises German and international companies on individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on restructurings, outsourcings and staff cuts, negotiating with works councils and other employee representatives on transition and works agreements, reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans. She is also experienced in drafting employment contracts as well as in representing her clients in disputes regarding dismissals and termination of employment negotiations.
Ricarda joined CMS in 2017 and was appointed Counsel in 2023.
