Roman Seiler advises and defends companies and individuals in all areas of white-collar crime and criminal tax law, representing his clients in criminal and regulatory offence proceedings as well as confiscation proceedings. He also defends the interests of aggrieved parties and sup-ports companies in criminal compliance matters, with a focus on internal investigations.

Roman joined CMS in 2020 and was made counsel in 2025.
