Stuttgart, 10.09.2024 – Exyte GmbH is a global leader in the design, engineering and delivery of high-tech facilities. The company has acquired the TTP Group, a leading firm in consulting and engineering for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry in Europe. By acquiring the TTP Group, Exyte is expanding its position as a global player in the pharmaceutical market and strengthening its footprint in Europe. The transaction is currently awaiting approval from the competition authorities.
An international CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Tobias Grau advised Exyte on all legal aspects of the transaction.
Exyte has global operations. In 2023, it generated sales of EUR 7.1 billion with around 9,900 employees worldwide.
The TTP Group employs more than 1,000 people across 27 locations in Europe through its Pharmaplan and Triplan businesses. The group generated sales of over EUR 170 million in 2023.
