Sami Azzaoui's main areas of expertise are investment law and financial regulation. He advises investment companies on the structuring of open-ended and closed-end funds and institutional investors on their fund investments. Sami’s clients also include banks, financial service providers and capital management companies whom he advises on regulatory issues and the relevant licensing procedures.
