Sarah Kolodzik specialies in real estate law, advising real estate companies, investors and asset manager on all legal issues related to the acquisition, sale and management of individual properties and portfolios. Her practice focusses on knowledge management for the firm’s Real Estate & Public practice, which includes product development, contract design and knowledge transfer within the real estate law group. Sarah furthermore concentrates on legal developments in the areas of sustainability and ESG, especially with regard to real estate.
Sarah joined CMS in 2020 after having worked for a boutique firm consulting on real estate policy and at an internationally operating commercial law firm.
