Hamburg – Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH (Warburg-HIH Invest) has acquired the Stapelwerk business campus in Hamburg from aurelius Meiendorf GmbH. Located at Meiendorfer Straße 205, the site comprises around 50,000 square metres occupied by six buildings offering more than 26,500 square metres of rental space for offices, research, light manufacturing and storage. The acquisition was implemented as a share deal, with the target company being converted from a GmbH into an investment limited partnership between signing and closing. The parties agreed not to disclose the financial details.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Sebastian Orthmann advised Warburg-HIH Invest on all legal aspects of the transaction.
