Commercial lawyer Saskia Köppen advises on all legal aspects relating to purchasing, distribution, production and product liability. This includes supply, commercial and licence agreements as well as advising manufacturers with regard to their delivery obligations. In contractual, liability and commercial disputes, she represents companies both in court and out of court in enforcing and defending claims.
Saskia joined CMS in 2022. She previously worked as a research assistant at the University of Munich, the University of Goettingen and at a major law firm.
