CMS advises AndCompany on two strategic acquisitions

Munich – The IT Group AndCompany has realised two strategic purchases with the acquisition of Clatum Consulting Group GmbH (Clatum) and actum consulting products GmbH (actum). While AndCompany is sharpening its profile in the public sector at the interface of regulatory requirements, SAP excellence and digital administration with the acquisition of Clatum, with the acquisition of actum AndCompany is specifically strengthening the "House of Boutiques" in the healthcare segment at the interface of stable SAP core systems, modern user experience and consistent end-to-end processes.

A CMS team jointly led by Dr Oliver Thurn and Anna-Lena Lill provided legal advice on all aspects of the transaction. In each case, the advice covered the acquisition, including the legal due diligence review, as well as the seller's re-investment in the AndCompany Group. In addition, a team jointly led by Dr Marc Seibold and Dr Andreas Grunert advised the AndCompany Group comprehensively on the financing.
