Sebastian Vautz advises both German and international medium-sized companies and corporations on the defence and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, with a focus on patents and utility models. He also represents clients in court and administrative proceedings and drafts and negotiates IP-related contracts.

Sebastian joined CMS in 2022 from a IP law boutique firm where he had started his legal career in 2020.
