Sophie-Therese Stegen specialises in antitrust law and competition law. She advises on general antitrust and competition law issues and the drafting of contracts. Sophie-Therese represents companies before national and international competition authorities (namely the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission) and before German courts in actions for damages for infringements of competition law. Her clients are predominantly from the energy and automotive sectors.
