Stefan Voß specialises in real estate law with a focus on property transactions. He advises portfolio holders on an ongoing basis on all aspects of real estate, landlord and tenant law. His clients also include national and international investors that are buying and selling (operator) properties in the health and care industries, often via sale and leaseback transactions. Furthermore, Stefan handles the property law aspects of renewable energy projects such as wind and solar farms.
Stefan Voß joined CMS in 2001. He gained international experience during a placement at Cordea Savills in London. In 2009, he was appointed partner at CMS. In addition to his work as a solicitor, Stefan Voß is a permanent lecturer at the DHBW Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University and author of numerous specialist publications.
